How does it work?

How is it deployed and where is it hosted?
Atolio is deployed into your own virtual private cloud instance on AWS, Azure or GCP - your cloud of choice.
How do permissions work?
Atolio tracks individual access control lists (ACLs) at the document and system level, ensuring users only access the information they have read access to in the underlying system.
How does relevance work?
Atolio uses a combination of signals and information retrieval techniques to deliver the most relevant answers to users. This includes analyzing the organizational people graph, shared contributions, time factors, and leveraging embeddings to understand various representations of search criteria.
What models do you support?
Atolio clients bring their own API keys for open-source and hosted models, including Azure OpenAI, native OpenAI and Bedrock supported models in an upcoming release.
